God searches for those belong to Him!!

Mephibosheth was King Saul´s grandson and son of Jonathan, who was a great friend of David. Saul and Jonathan died the same day and when the news came to the palace, a servant took Mephibosheth and ran away with him. As they ran, the kid, who was 5 years old, fell and became disable. The servant, took him in her arms to the house of someone who belonged to the king´s family (read 2 Samuel 4:4).

As years went by, the King David asked one of his servants:"...David asked, “Is there anyone still left of the house of Saul to whom I can show kindness for Jonathan’s sake?” (read 2 Samuel 9:1).

Yes. Mephibosheth, who was raced in a poor city, he was living in misery and in need. So when he found out about the existance of Jonathan´s son, he sent someone to bring him where he was: "...“Don’t be afraid, David said to him,  for I will surely show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all the land that belonged to your grandfather Saul, and you will always eat at my table." (read 2 Samuel 9:7)

But, Mephibosheth answered: "...What is your servant, that you should notice a dead dog like me?” (2 Samuel 9:8)

Mephibosheth´s story also happens nowadays. There are a lot people who are descendants of the King (borned of God) and that still don´t know the rights they have; instead of being at the table, they are begging on the streets or in need.

Mephibosheth knew all along that he belonged to royalty, but he chose to live in that poor situation, thinking that he didn´t deserve more or that he didn´t have the right to have a better life.

The image Mephibosheth had os himself was the one of a loser. And you can see that in the words he used to answer to David.

Members of the royalty

The ones that belong to God are members of the royalty. They have the right to have a great life. Many, meanwhile, are living in a poor situation instead of living in the palace.

You may be going through a lot of difficulties, but do not forget that if you are using your faith and if your whole life is in God´s hands, you are a child of the Almighty and there´s still time to stop being in the situation you are in.

Mephibosheth had fisical limitations. Do not pay attention to your limitations, but remember about God´s promises, remember what He promised to do in the lives of those who believe.

Don´t limitate yourself to what your eyes can see. Get out of that place (the life God does not promises). Look at  yourself as a winner and enjoy the blessings that belong to you. God, as David, is looking for those who have the faith it takes to honor and to change their own lives; if your are part of this group show God your faith AND YOU CAN BE SURE (HAVE FAITH) THAT IF HE FINDS YOU, YOU WILL BE HONOREDAND YOU WILL LIVE AS A PRINCE/PRINCESS BECAUSE IT´S A RIGHT YOU HAVE!! SO PRAY, BE FAITHFUL AND CERTAINLY, IN THE NAME OF JESUS, YOUR LIFE WILL CHANGE.
