Whenever God created something, the devil was there as a witness. He should have been thinking: "if i had that power, i would use my word to destroy everything God creates and, that way, i would be just like Him". The word of Satan, as time went by, wouldn´t find echo, because only the demons submited his authority, no one but them. They couldn´t do anything at all due to the fact that they were nothing compared to the greatness of the creation. Nothing around submited them, and for that reason they turned weak.
However, when God created the human being and gave him the right to choose his own way in life, satan saw a great opportunity to find in God´s creation a "partner" capable of destroying and corrupting everything God built.
It was very important, to do that, to take over their mind. From there, it would be easy to lead their attitudes against God. Their thoughts would be controled and that way, humans would become "servants" here on Earth. God would have His throne in heaven and satan on Earth.
Starting from there, satan began to work on his plan, and the same way God used His word to perform wonders, the devil used the word of doubt to stimulate human rebellion against God. Once he did that, men became satan´s servant. When we obey someone´s word, we turn into his servant. If that word comes from the devil, he will be our lord; but, if it comes from God, He will be our Lord!!! In other words: we serve those we obey and those we let into our minds.
Your mind is the boss and your body obeys. Take a look at the things that you do, your words, your reactions and you´ll find our who you´ve been serving.
To remember: good and bad thoughts come upon all of us, but the thoughts of the one who´s been the lord of that person will succeed, THE LORD OF THAT HUMAN LIFE!
