Lets see the seven situations in the Bible that show that Abraham never said NO to God.
1° He said YES when he left his family. "The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you." Genesis 12.1
2° He said YES going to a place he didn´t know. "Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you.” Genesis 13.17
3° He said YES when he sacrificed when God asked him to, leaving all his belongings behind. So the Lord said to him, “Bring me a heifer, a goat and a ram, each three years old, along with a dove and a young pigeon.” Genesis 15.9
4° He said YES when he didn´t even care about his mane being changed (the name is a person´s identity). "No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations." Genesis 17.5
5° He said YES when he didn´t mind about changing the name of his wife. God also said to Abraham, “As for Sarai your wife, you are no longer to call her Sarai; her name will be Sarah." Genesis 17.15
6° He said YES concerning his privacy. "This is my covenant with you and your descendants after you, the covenant you are to keep...Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised." Genesis 17.10 and 24
7° He said YES he didn´t deny what he loved the most, what ment everything to him. Then God said, “Take your son , your only son, whom you love—Isaac—and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on a mountain I will show you.” Genesis 22.2
When you say NO to God it´s like a stone in your way; it shows lack of trust and stops your dreams from coming true.
It doesn´t matter what is it that God asks you to sacrifice, listen to his voice and say YES Sir, here I am!!
