Envy

There was once a snake that started chasing after a firefly that would only live to shine.

The firefly kept running because it feared the fierce predator; on the other hand, the snake wouldn´t want to desist.

The firefly run for a day and the snake wouldn´t give up, for two days and nothing…

On the third day, running out of strength, the firefly stopped and asked the snake:

-Can I ask you three questions?

-I am going to eat you anyway, so ask…

-Do I make part of your food chain?

-No

-Did I do something wrong to you?

-No

-Then why do you want to eat me?

BECAUSE I CAN´T STAND THE FACT THAT YOU SHINE

Envy is inevitable, whether you are one of those who don´t want to make the difference or one of those who want to stand out no matter what; for that reason, choose very well those who you want by your side and careful with those who surround you. It doesn´t matter who they are or for long you´ve been friends, you never know what inside a person.
