Jesus said that he was the GATE FOR THE
SHEEP (read John 10.7)
A door works for a person to move from an
place to another, for example if I am in my bedroom and I want to go to the
kitchen I have to use a door, if I am on the street and I want to get into
church I have to use the door, so, It is the same thing when I am in an
environment where there are health problems, unhappiness in my love life, frustation
in my mariage, problems at home, economical problems; if I want to be out of
these problematic situations.
I have to enter through the door (gate)
called Jesus.
But there it is when things get worse,
problems begin for many people, because Jesus is not the gate for everybody, not
everyone enters through Him, only His sheep can.
And who are Jesus sheep? It¥s simple, His
sheep are those that listen to His voice (read John 10.27) and when the Bible
says that they listen to His voice it is not talking about only listening but
about obeying, and practicing what they listen. For this reason many people
already came to Jesus (came to church) and problems are still there; that is
because they didn¥t enter through the gate, they aren¥t sheep.
My friend, it¥s not easy to do what God
says but it¥s not impossible, it depends on you, on your will, it depend on the
fact of really wanting to be a child of God, because the child that really
loves his father listens to Him and obeys Him, no matter the age, if he/she has
grown up, if he/she has a family, or not, he/she obeys and not in many things,
because a lot of people stick to that and only obey many things that God says, but
with God it¥s All or Nothing, you obey Him in everything or you obey nothing at
all.
Be a sheep, son/daughter and you won¥t
regret it because He will take care of you. (Can you take a moment to read John:
